Refund policy

1. Overview

· At PADUGU, we take pride in the quality of our handloom products. While we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide options for exchanges or store credit under certain conditions.

2. Return Eligibility

· Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt (for domestic orders only).

· To be eligible for a return, items must be:

o In their original condition (unwashed, unworn, and unused).

o Accompanied by the original tags and packaging.

o A video recording of the parcel opening and product is mandatory.

o All product return decisions are at the discretion of management of PADUGU.

· Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

3. Return Process

· To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Call us or send WhatsApp message on +91 81211 29550 within the return period to request a return authorization.

2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the receipt and any relevant details (e.g., reason for return).

3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable shipping service for returns.

4. Exchange Process

· Instead of a refund, you may exchange the returned item for another item of equal value or receive store credit.

· Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your exchange or store credit.

5. Store Credit

· Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item, valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.

· Store credit can be used for any future purchases at PADUGU.

6. Non-Returnable Items

· The following items cannot be returned:

o Customized or made-to-order products.

o Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

· If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit.
